INFORMATION LETTER

We invite you to take part in the First International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Medicine: Traditions and Innovations"

March 16-17, 2018, Turkestan, Kazakhstan

The conference will be held at the address: B.Sattarkhanov, South-Kazakhstan Region, Turkestan city 29. International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi

 

The main goal of the event is to contribute to improving the scientific potential, knowledge and skills of students and young scientists in research and development, and to discuss current problems in the medical field.

Students and young scientists are invited to participate

Forms of participation:

1. Full-time (publication of abstracts + oral communication)

2. Correspondence (only the publication of abstracts)

3. Listener

Based on the results of the Conference, a collection of abstracts will be issued (all conference participants will receive an electronic version of the collection)

RULES OF GRANTING OF MATERIALS

Before March 1, 2018, 23:59 it is necessary:

1) put a visa (signature) on the front pagescientific supervisor and assure with the sealthe institution(see further rules for the preparation of abstracts)

 

2) send a scan copy of the title page and the last sheetin jpg, png or pdf format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi to e-mail: snomktu@gmail.com

Regulations of speeches:

in plenary session - up to 20 minutes;

at breakout sessions - 7 minutes;

THE ORDER OF REGISTRATON OF MATERIALS:

The volume of the report should not exceed 5 pages. The report is prepared in the editor WORD, font Times New Roman, pins - 14, interval - 1; Indent - 1.25. Fields: upper and lower - 20 mm, left - 30 mm, right - 10 mm.

2) The first line on the left indicates the UDC index. In the middle of the next line, the title of the report is written in capital letters, on the next line the author's name and on the next line the name of the institution, the city, the republic are indicated.

3) Abstract: for the text in Kazakh the abstract is given in Russian and English, for the text in Russian - in Kazakh and English.

4) The text of the abstract should consist of the following sections: Introduction, purpose, materials and methods, results, conclusions.

5) Introduction, purpose, materials and methods, results, conclusions.

6) The electronic version of the report is sent by e-mail to the address below snomktu@gmail.com

 

Articles that do not meet the specified requirements, or submitted after the specified deadline, are not reviewed and returned to the author.

 

The costs associated with arriving at the conference are provided at the expense of the sending party, accommodation and meals as well as transportation costs paid by the organizing committee.

 

The registration fee for the full-time participation form is 3000 tenge.

The fee for the students is 2000 tenge

The fee for the participation by correspondence is 1000 tenge
