2) Together with the publication it is obligatory to send a scanned version of the work (in jpg or pdf format) with the signatures of all authors and a visa "to print" by the head of the department or the heads of the institution.

ATTENTION: all three documents (in Word format, scanned version of publication in jpg or pdf format and application for participation) are sent by one message and only once (please do not send the same publication several times).
After receipt of your materials, the Organizing Committee will send you an invitation and additional information on participation in the conference within three days of the publication submission.
Publication and applications for participation are accepted until March 15, 2018 inclusive.

APPENDIX №1
REQUIREMENTS TO THE ARTICLES
Articles are accepted in Russian, Kazakh or English languages. Article in the format: А4 - 212× 297 mm, all fields 20 mm, number of pages in the upper right corner; after 1 interval, the font size is 14 pt, the indent is 10 mm, the format of the set is WORD 6, 7 or 8 version, or *.rtf. Use only Times New Roman font.
A summary of 7-8 lines (up to 1000 words) in Russian (if the article is in Russian) is placed before the text, and in Kazakh and English - at the end of the article. Accordingly, a summary in Kazakh is placed at the beginning of the article in Kazakh, and in Russian and English - at the end of the article. Each summary should contain the name, surnames of authors and keywords. The volume of articles: usual - up to 10 pages, lectures - up to 12, review - up to 14 pages. Drawings, tables are drawn up in accordance with the requirements for the design of dissertations by CCSON MES RK. The illustrative material (photographs) is presented on separate sheets indicating on fields the order and their location in the article.

The title part should include:
1. the title of the article, which should be short (not more than 10 words), but informative;
2. the initials and surname of each author;
3. the name of the institution, department, laboratory where the work was performed.
Publication text:
1. introduction (indicating the purpose of the investigation);
2. materials and methods of research;
3. results of the study;
4. discussion of the results and conclusion;
5. conclusions.
In the "Materials and Methods of Research" section, describe how patients or animals were selected, including control groups. Describe the equipment (manufacturer and country of production). On the standard methods of research - enough references; on published, but not widely known - a brief description; Describe new or substantially modified methods, justify their application and evaluate their limitations. Mathematical formulas, standards for the content of substances, MPC, all used drugs and chemicals: generic and commercial name (manufacturer), dose, methods of administration, route of administration, etc. Tables are printed after the reference to them in the text, head each column, explain the terms and abbreviations in the notes to the table. Figures must be executed on the computer. At the bottom of the picture, put the number, name, if necessary, specify the top and bottom of the picture. Microphotographs must have internal scale marks. Chemical formulas, doses, mathematical formulas must be carefully verified and endorsed by the author in the fields. Abbreviations of words, terms are deciphered at the first mention in the text.
APPENDIX №2
REQUIREMENTS TO THE THESIS*
1. The volume of the thesis - no more than 1 page (2500 characters, including spaces).
2. The thesis should be printed on typewritten A4 sheets (1 copy), Times New Roman headset, font size - 12, interval - 1, paragraph indent - 5 mm. Fields: left - 20 mm, right - 20 mm, upper - 20 mm, bottom - 20 mm.
3. Structure of the thesis: title of the article in capital letters (centered, bold), lower - italic - author (co-authors) (name, course, faculty, university name, city, country); Below italics: the supervisor (degree, academic title, full name); below italics is the department. After one interval - the text of the thesis. After the text of the thesis in one interval - a list of literature (no more than 5 sources). The sources are arranged in alphabetical order. Structure of the bibliographic reference to the article - Author, A. A., Author, B. B., Author, C. C. (year). Article title. The title of the journal, Volume, Number, pages number. The structure of the bibliographic reference to book publications - Author, A. A., Author, B. B., Author, C. C. (year). Book title. Publishing house, City, Volume, Page number. In the text itself, the reference number in square brackets in figures should be indicated.
4. The main text of the thesis should include: Relevance (a brief description of the relevance of the issue under study); Goal and objectives (the solution of which allows you to achieve the goal); Materials and methods of research (description of the research methodology); Results and discussion (interpretation of the results). Conclusions.
5. When using the results of statistical data analysis, an indispensable condition is the indication of the used software package and its version, the names of statistical methods, the reduction of descriptive statistical methods and exact levels of significance in checking statistical hypotheses. Confidence intervals are recommended for the main results of the study.
6. The use of tables, graphs, diagrams, illustrations in the text of the thesis is not allowed.
7. The editorial staff reserves the right to edit the theses. Small corrections of stylistic, nomenclature or formal character are introduced into the thesis without agreement with the author.
* Note: The thesis must be submitted in a separate Microsoft Word document, in the name of the file should be indicated surname and file type (for example, Ivanov-thesis.doc).
