It has the exclusive right to attract monetary funds of legal and physical persons with the purpose of their further placement on its own behalf. Bank performs opening and maintaining bank accounts of legal and natural persons. It acts on the basis of special permission of the competent state organs but has no right to industrial, retail and insurance activities.
