Customer: Oh, it suits me very well, doesn’t it?
Shop assistant: That’s a really nice jacket. Pure wool, a modern fashion. It’s very warm too.
Customer: Is it machine washable and dryable?
Shop assistant: It’s best to dry-clean it.
Customer: How much is it?
Shop assistant: 3 thousand rubles. These clothes are really good value. They are so well-made.
Customer: All right. I can afford the price. Cash or cheque?
Shop assistant: We accept cheques but you may pay cash if you want, too.
Customer: Thank you very much.
Shop assistant: Thank you. Here is your jacket. Enjoy wearing it.

Customer: Excuse me, do you happen to know where I could buy some ham, minced meat and beef sausages?
Shop assistant: They are sold at the butcher’s.
Customer: And I wonder if you stock any biscuits here?
Shop assistant: I’m afraid we don’t. You should try the shop next door for the pastry.
Customer: Thank you very much, anyway.
