Today is my seventieth birthday. When I look back on the last seventy years, I think about all the things I (do) in my lifetime. I (be) to college, and I (see) the world. I (be) to twenty countries. I (drive) across the Sahara Desert, and I (take) a boat up the Nile River. Of course, I (do) this, when I was very young. I went to Africa in 1946.
