Outside can replace out of when we refer to e.g. rooms, buildings- We were outside the building But outside and out of are not always interchangeable [> App 25.31]
Within, to mean 'inside', can occur in a few limited and formal contexts:
Everyone within the London area was affected by the bus strike Without, to mean 'outside', is now archaic.

Get, followed by a preposition or particle, often suggests 'movement
with difficulty' [compare > 12.13.1]:
We got into the house through the window (i.e. with difficulty) How did the cat get out (of the box)'? (i.e. it must have been difficult)
Time
