PROJECT WORK I

Give a talk or prepare a written report on the topic «I am a student of the Faculty of...» making use of the organization chart (diagram) and predicates below. Special attention should be given to describing responsibilities of the teaching staff and students. CONSULT your teachers or the Faculty website to m ake your project work a nd your report complete and rewarding.

Teaching staff (faculty – AmE) – university teachers, senior teachers, instructors (teaching assistants), assistant professors, professors. In AmE ‘professor’ – any full member of the teaching staff at a university or colledge.

Students - first-year students (freshmen - AmE), second-year students (sophomores -AmE), third-year students (juniors - AmE), fourth-year students

(seniors - AmE)
