IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using Humio, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including but not limited to the following:

 

• Do not operate Humio with a damaged cord/plug or if Humio is damaged in any manner.

• To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the electric cord, plug, or motor base in water or other liquid.

• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

• To avoid the risk of fire, shock or personal injury, do not use an extension cord.

• Do not place Humio in direct sunlight, high-temperature areas, near computers or sensitive electronic equipment.

• Do not operate outdoors. Humio is intended for indoor use only.

• Please contact the manufacturer for all service and repairs. Attempting to repair the unit yourself will void the warranty.

• Not for use with scented oils or fragrances.

• Never fill the water tank with hot or warm water.

INTER-AMERICAN CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF SEA TURTLES

PREAMBLE

The Parties to this Convention:

Recognizing the rights and duties of States established in international law, as reflected in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982, relating to the conservation and management of living marine resources;

Considering the principles and recommendations set forth in the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fishing adopted by the Conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations in its 28th Session (1995);

Understanding that, in accordance with the best available scientific evidence, species of sea turtles in the Americas are threatened or endangered, and that some of these species may face an imminent risk of extinction;

Desiring to establish, through this Convention, appropriate measures for the protection and conservation of sea turtles throughout their range in the Americas, as well as their habitats;

Have agreed as follows:

ARTICLE I

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Convention:

1. "Sea turtle" means any of the species listed in Annex I.

ARTICLE XXVII

AUTHENTIC TEXTS AND CERTIFIED COPIES

1. The English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish texts of this Convention are equally authentic. 2. The original texts of this Convention shall be deposited with the Government of Venezuela, which shall send certified copies thereof to the Signatory States and to the Parties hereto, and to the Secretary General of the United Nations for registration and publication, pursuant to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, having been duly authorized by their respective governments, have signed this Convention.

ZHEJIANG JIAREN MOULD CO, LTD (CHINA), hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, represented by Vice General Manager Chen Jinchang, authorized by the Company Charters, on the one part, and

______________________________________________-hereinafter referred to as the BUYER,

represented by Head________________, authorized by the Company Charters, on the other part,

both referred to as the PARTIES, have concluded the present Contract as follows:

 

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. Under the present Contract the SELLER shall produce and hand over Injection moulds for injection ma­chines (further in the text - "the Injection moulds") to the BUYER and the BUYER shall accept them and pay for them according to the terms of the present Contract and its Appendixes, being an integral part of the Contract.

1.2. PARTIES shall sign a new Appendix to the Contract for every Injection mold. Items to be specified in the Appendix include:

■ Technical characteristics of the Injection mold;

■ Price of the Injection mold.

1.3. The sum of the present Contract amounts to 38 700 (Thirty eight thousand seven hundred) US dollars.
