The order and conditions of submission of applications for the competition

All submitted materials (photos, videos and text) are not reviewed, they exist in open sources and have the right to be published without violating the RF law "On Copyright and Related Rights".

The application, birth certificate or passport, high quality photo are sent in a single package from November 20 to December 5, 2017 with the note "KLAVISSIMO!". Documents sent after the deadline and with poor-quality photographs are not accepted for consideration. At the same time, participants fill out an electronic application form.

A package of documents is considered accepted in case of an answer of the organizers with a message on registration of documents and an invitation to the Competition. The receipt by the organizing committee of the package of documents is considered as acceptance of all the conditions reflected in this provision.

Requirements for documents to be sent:

1. The application (forms for each nomination are attached, filled in strictly by forms) is made in electronic form (for operational work with information) and scanned form for confirming signatures and printing.

Birth certificate or passport of the participant  in a scanned form.

3. Photo (s) of the participant (s) of high quality (accepted to create a prospectus of the competition). Technical requirements for photos:

- a photo in the digital image, formats of graphic editors (for soloists portrait version, for ensembles - group portrait);

- Acceptable file types: tif, psd, jpg, png, tga, bmp (compression ratio is not less than 10); The size on the larger side is not less than 800 px;

- Contrast and sharpness of the photograph is sufficient with a clear image of the person (s); Background: monophonic, calm colors without overexposures and shadows; Composition: participants stand or sit in a calm position (alternatively, with the instrument);

Do not take pictures scanned, with the date in the corner of the photos attached to the program WINWORD, CorelDraw, made from mobile phones, ipads, tablets, etc.

Participants who send photos that do not meet the requirements, or later than the specified deadline (December 05, 2017) will be excluded from the official prospectus of the competition. The competition prospectus is received free of charge by each participant during the competitive events.

Each work to be executed must be a separate video file. The name of the video file contains (in exact order):

Yearmonthlynumber_nomination_folder_name_of_user_name_composer_product (no spaces, words alternate with underscore).

Technical requirements for video:

Video recording is accepted in 4: 3 format in popular playback formats: DVD-video (720х576рх), MPEG-2, MPEG-4, AVI).

ATTENTION! Video shooting should be done without stopping and editing. Pauses are allowed in the recording between the parts. Non-linear installation is not allowed. During the execution of the program, the hands, the instrument and the performer's face (s) should be visible on the video.
