The problems of market imperfection and “falure” of a state, their potential solution through public-private partnership

The article analyses the problems related with market imperfection and questions the ability of state to solve these problems. The factors of market imperfection were identified and the factors of government “failure” were researched too. The author offers to use the mechanism of public-private partnership to solve the problems of market imperfection and government “failure”.
