На прошлых занятиях вы записали часть  новой лексики по теме, вспомнили названия основных продуктов, познакомились с лексикой, связанной с приготовлением пищи. Теперь вспомним название кухонных принадлежностей.

 

 

1. Перепишите самые распространенные  слова по теме:

1. kitchen utensils - кухонные принадлежности

2. cutlery – столовые приборы

3. dishes -посуда

4. plate –тарелка

5. bowl -миска

6. glass – стакан
7. cup – чашка

8. saucer [ 'ɔ:sə ] - блюдце

9. pepper shaker / pepper box - перечница

10. sugar basin [ 'ʃugə 'beisn ] – сахарница

11. fork - вилка
12. knife [ 'naif ] – нож
13. spoon -ложка

14. tea kettle / kettle – чайник
15. teapot – заварочный чайник

16. tray - поднос

2.  Заполните пропуски выделенными словами, используйте каждое слово один раз. Текст перепишите, выделенные слова подчеркните.

Russian Cuisine.

 Russian cuisine is famous for its first courses – different soups. It turns out that cabbage soup is Russian national soup. This soup is served with baked goods – rasstegais. Russian cuisine is also famous for pancakes, rolls and patties with different fillings. Mushroom dishes have a special place in Russian cuisine. There is a tradition to boil, dry, pickle and even marinate mushrooms. Since long ago there is a tradition to boil kvass and now it’s considered a national beverage of Russian cuisine. Compotes, kissels and fruit drinks are also well-known among beverages. In Russian cuisine jam and honey are served for dessert. Oven baked apples are the best dessert. Russian porridges are the most delicious and healthy, porridge gives strength that’s why Russian men are so strong.

Пишите о простых блюдах. Художественное оформление приветствуется))). Можете оформить на листе формата А-4, только это должна быть ваша самостоятельная работа, даже если вы используете готовый рецепт из Интернета. Проявите фантазию)))
