Customs Officer: Have you anything to declare, sir?

P: Anything to declare? Uh… nothing.

C.O.: How much whisky have you got?

P.: A liter.

C.O.: That's all right. And how many cigarettes have you got?

P.: Two hundred.

C.O.: Fine…What about perfume? Have you got any perfume?

P.: Er... No, I haven't.

C.O.: Good. Will you please open your suitcase?

P.: Pardon?

C.O.: Open your case, please.

P.: What?

C.O.: I am asking you to open your case.

P.: But I didn't buy anything in Spain.

C.O.: Hmm… What's under this jacket here?

Р.: What?

C.O.: Five bottles of brandy!

P.: But that's impossible! They weren't there when I packed the bag this morning.

С.О: Very well, sir. And what about this box of cigars?

P.: That wasn't there either. Really, I didn't buy any cigars at all!

C.O.: Oh dear. Look at this. You've got six bottles of whisky, five hundred cigarettes and a lot of perfume!

P: I can hardly believe my eyes.

C.O.: Well, sir, you must remember, when you smuggle things you lose them. And you pay a fine as well.
