ОБРАЗ ЧЕЛОВЕКА В КОНЦЕПЦИИ ПРАВ ЧЕЛОВЕКА

Основываясь на закономерностях исторического развития и юридического утверждения прав человека, судебной практикe, разработана универсальная формула образа человека в концепции прав человека, состоящая из пяти элементов, в соответствии с которой права человека имеют целью обеспечение «самоопределяющегося, значащего и ответственного способа жизни» каждому человеку. THE IMAGE OF THE PERSON IN THE HUMAN RIGHTS CONCEPT

Based on the historical development and the legal endorsement of human rights, judicial practice the author developed a universal formula of the image of the person that underlines the concept of human rights. The formula proposes that human rights aim at securing a “self-determinate, meaningful, and responsible way of leading one’s life” to every human being. This is a Ukrainian translation of the author’s articles “The Image of the Person in the Human Rights Concept”, and, partly, “Das Menschenbild der Menschen­rechte” published in: 18/3 Human Rights Quarterly (1996) and 3 Jahrbuch fuer Recht und Ethik (1995) respectfully.
