Introduction
Offered to the students of a training set of disciplines is a simplified presentation of the basic aspects of «Economic and management».
The discipline «Economic and management» provide - the future course is professionally oriented training for students of this specialty.

The manual consists of 15 sections and applications, working program, syllabus, glossary, lectures, practical lessons, schedule of student’s output of discipline "Economics and management", control questions for the interim control №1 and 2, testes. The discipline «Economic and management» is gives the teachers the opportunity of picking exercises when teaching students with different levels of knowledge and provides both independent work of students, and control of the level of learning from a teacher.
When selecting the original sources the authors have taken into account, that successful learning depends on the availability of interest- trainees to the content of texts and needs known to a new study for the profession.

1. The purpose and objectives of discipline, its place in the educational process
1.1. The aim of teaching
Course «Economic and management» is providing a survey of the history of economics, management and marketing and review of significant specific literature. Applications of theories to practical problems in planning, organizing, and controlling business activity.
1.2. Objectives of the discipline
The main tasks of the discipline are mastering:
- the basic roles, skills and functions of enterpriser, with special attention to managerial responsibility for effective and efficient achievement of goals;
-special attention is given to social responsibility, managerial ethics, and the importance of multi-national organizations..
1.3. List of disciplines, which is necessary for the study discipline: Mathematics, Bases of economic theory.
1.4. Results study (formulated in the form of a substantive or nadpredmetnyh of competencies)
Knowledge and skills gained in this course will provide theoretical and methodological basis for the diploma thesis.
As a result of the discipline student must:
- Know and understand (handle А): economic laws and forms of agricultural production, economic relations in the industry, taking into account its specific characteristics and understanding of the interaction between agriculture and other spheres of material production, relationship management, and marketing is an integral flexible system that can be responsive to the state of the market conditions, the competitive environment;
-To be able (handle B): using practical knowledge of financial reporting principles, techniques and methods of accounting in business entities, knowledge of agricultural production management and ability to use methods and functions of management;
-To own (the handle C,D,E): have the ability to make judgments, evaluating ideas and forming conclusions on the documentation and inventory. The ability to make the right decisions in specific situations;

-To acquire practical skills (handle C,D,E): be able to communicate in a clear form the communicative relationship. Formation of communicative skills of group interaction in the learning process, the formation of professional knowledge necessary to guide people in the workplace; to be able to bring to the learning of students their knowledge and experience; examples adopt teaching methods and technical literature; regulations and legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; apply technical training, the ability to analyze actual problems of production and business management of transport using theoretical and practical knowledge.

4.3. The list of guidelines and technical training.
4.3.1 Methodological support independent work
Independent work is a form of educational activity, students performed without direct contact with the teacher or managed by the teacher mediated through specific training materials; an integral mandatory part of the process of learning, involving primarily individual work of students in accordance with the installation of a teacher or textbook training programs.
Types of independent work doctoral students:
- The formation of the trainees skills to identify externally what is required of them, based on a given algorithm, activities and packages for this activity contained in the job.
- Knowledge generation copies and knowledge to solve common tasks. Cognitive activity of trainees is pure reproduction and partial reconstruction, transformation of the structure and content learned earlier educational information that requires analysis of the description of the object, different ways to perform the job, select the most correct of them or consistent definition of logically successive solutions.
- The formation of the trainees knowledge underlying the solution of non-standard tasks. Cognitive activity of trainees in solving such problems is the accumulation and the manifestation externally new experience on the basis of previously learned formal experience (action known to the algorithm) by transferring knowledge, skills and abilities.
The creation of conditions for creative activity. Cognitive activity trainees during the execution of these works lies in the deep penetration into the essence of the studied object, the establishment of new ties and relationships necessary to find new, previously unknown principles, ideas, generate new information. This type of independent work is usually in performing tasks of the research, including course and diploma projects.
4.3.2 Logistics discipline
During lectures and practical lessons on discipline in use of multimedia equipment (projector, interactive whiteboard, laptop) in the form of display of sample material (presentations, films, slides).
Support multimedia lectures (MSL) - demo electronic educational resource that accompanies and complements the story of the lecturer text, audio, graphics and video, using the appropriate hardware and software.
Methodical maintenance of discipline is carried out through the use of modern thematic publications of scientific articles on this subject, and use of instructional materials, made in electronic form (the cycle of multimedia presentations based on PowerPoint, reader) faculty Advisor.

5. The rating system of control of knowledge of students.Assessment criteria on students1 knowledge:
- Knowledge of the basic financial categories;
- Fluency in theoretical materials;
-The ability to solve problems by applying acquired knowledge.
Current control (lectures and work on practical exercises, tasks CPM) - 40 points
• 1 boundary control (written form) - week 7 - 10 points
• 2 boundary control (oral form) - 15 week - 10 points
Final control (exam in form of tests) - 40 points.
Grading policy is based on a 100 point system and provides the following distribution of points: on current and interim controls is given in a total of 60 points in total control - 40 points.
