Stages of research, analysis, generalization and introduction of advanced pedagogical experience in the field of educational work

The class leader takes a special place in the educational system of the institution, and, of course, plays a very important role. The modern class teacher is a delicate psychologist and a professional teacher. Her educational work is multifaceted. The approaches to discipline are selected based on many factors. It should also be compatible with its own personal style of pedagogical activity. The classroom manager regulates them according to theoretical knowledge and pedagogical intuition. She can communicate well with both teachers and students, and can organize business activities both at school and beyond. First of all, the class teacher is a teacher. Among its specific tasks are: Creating favorable conditions for self-development and self-expression of the student as a personality, making appropriate adjustments to the education system of the classroom students; there are problems such as pupils' problems that arise in the process of socialization, ie their relationships with peers, teachers, parents, professional career guidance, support and support for higher education institutions. In this regard, the class leader should be honest, honest, mindful, and clean in his actions. Only such a teacher understands the inner spirituality of his disciples. He rejoices with them and wakes them up together. Only such mentor can value the trust of his or her pupils, always maintain a good attitude towards them. Tutor's skill is evident in his ability to promptly present students with the right examples of action, timely submission of the project, their confidence in their own strengths and capabilities, their ability to motivate and convey their knowledge. Communication with the classroom should also be at a high level to ensure that learners have a higher educational effectiveness. This is not easy. Usually it takes a long time to reach a common language with the classroom. Occasionally, there are conflicting situations in the workflow. One of the necessary conditions for increasing the effectiveness of educational work conducted by the classroom leader is the preservation of pedagogical ethics.

It reflects the inner and outer pedagogical culture of the educator. The paradigmatic "teacher-student" attitude of the teacher to his or her own pupil is obsolete in this day. Now, in a new version, it looks like the "human-human" option. This formula is reflected in the principle of "dignity without respect" as a child. It has become the beginning of a new look. The schoolteacher does not go beyond pedagogical tactics when dealing with the student, does not put pressure on them, does not smile. After all, the child does not tolerate rudeness, psychological pressure, and he is wounded more quickly. And feeling physically insensible is a major obstacle to child development. Pedagogical stereotyping is, first of all, reflected in respecting the pupil as respecting the individual, with due care and confidence, as well as his ability to control his behavior and behavior. Pedagogical ethics can not be overlooked by excessive care and administration. Where there is a better way to find the right way for pedagogical influence and to take more effective measures. Experienced tutors usually do not use excessive guilty, abusive, or covenants. They are able to identify the cause of the problem of teaching and student action, and then they provide sustainable advice on how to correct them. Failure to know the cause of a disadvantage may result in an inappropriate assessment of action and a hasty decision. Particularly sensitive or emotionally sensitive, it is impossible to make decisions. Anger worsens the relationships with students, reduces the teacher's reputation. Conflicts between educators and children usually arise where there is little confidence and respect for pupils, and lack of teaching behavior. A good teacher cares about everything with great care and gentleness. It tries to identify and understand internal motives that are inherent in the behavior of students. Then go and use some pedagogical influence measures. The teacher should be well-educated and conscious in order to educate students well and to resolve conflicting issues correctly. It is necessary to constantly improve and improve their knowledge, pedagogical skills. One of the most important forms of teacher training is self-improvement. That's why the effectiveness and quality of the classroom-specific educational activities are largely related to systematic work related to upgrading its qualifications. It is also the beginning of the pedagogical masterpiece. An important indicator of pedagogical skills is finding new ways to communicate with children, applying innovative technologies in education. Therefore, in practice, it is necessary to use the following technologies: technology of collective creative work; technology improvement of the classroom education system; collaborative (collective) planning technology in classroom activities; Technique of classroom hours training and individual orientation; game and communication technology; application of survey, testing and other methods of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics; communication trainings; show-technologies; Dialogue "Teacher-Educator"; to create a state of success.

Success is the satisfaction of the child's involvement in certain activities and the results he has received. The general condition of success is the confidence and positive attitude to it. One example of how to make a success. Assessing the success of the student's "past" and "today" is never comparable to other children. Instead of saying, "The worst thing is the work of the poor... The best thing to pay is... you're bad for a while..." "Better today than yesterday... You can do it, I believe in you. you have made a step forward today... ". In daily practice, the classroom leader's relationship with the student should be based on respect and confidence in the individual. Determining the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process, which is conducted by the class teacher, is one of the most difficult pedagogical problems. This complexity depends, first of all, on the effectiveness and effectiveness of the classroom leader, not only in school, but also on the environment. In this case, the result can not be determined in "pure form". To assess the effectiveness of the classroom leader, it is necessary to identify relevant criteria and indicators. Based on the experiences, the following key criteria for evaluating the role of the classroom leader can be highlighted: - Increasing the pupil's upbringing; - their intellectual, moral development, expansion of their outlook; - inaccuracies of offenses; - activity of students in self-management. It should be taken into consideration that the dynamics of indicators are not the same when studying the effectiveness of the class teacher. Some of them may not even change. Sometimes it is less likely than ever before. The overall conclusion is based on the comparison of all data representing the pedagogical process. Monitoring the dynamics of development and formation of each student, monitoring the teaching and learning process helps the class leader conduct his diary. The tutor diary includes: - Participation in classes conducted by colleagues; - stay in pupils' homes; - creation of psychological and pedagogical maps; - individual works of pupils; - organization of collective works. You can freely choose the form of the work log. It is only necessary to divide it into three parts (chapter). The first section includes weekly plans for the classroom work, and each week they have to make appropriate adjustments. The result of the work done or the reason for their failure, the information about the problems. In the second chapter the surnames of the pupils are listed in alphabetical order, leaving at least six pages for each: the first page contains the characteristics of the pupil, his datasheet, his / her parents.

In the second sheet you can write all the facts about the child's health; third - depending on the learning outcomes (achievements, problems, teachers, parents and student recommendations); the fourth - how to spend the rest; The fifth is the record of the friend's circle, the peculiarities of the relationships with the people; the last, the sixth - the participation of the family in the upbringing of the child. Each of these pages contains the following information: - How the child was researched; - what are the main problems for it; - ways to address identified problems and their effectiveness. In the third chapter, write a classroom work: 1. Classroom research methods. 2. Identify problems in the development of the team. 3. Plan for addressing these problems. Monitoring of work diaries is carried out by the Deputy Director for Educational Affairs of the School. Key factors that contribute to the positive outcome of the class leader are: collective character of pedagogical activity of tutors; a positive attitude to the need for schools to address the problem of education of school teachers; peculiarities of classroom management. This class reflects the particular place in the work of a certain educational technology; a psychological atmosphere in the school environment; reasonable participation of the class leader in improving the educational system; Having a system of methodological teaching of class teachers at school. What kind of teacher can be a class leader? There is a regular class teacher (educator) trained and educated on a professional level. At the same time, she is also a class teacher, who is able to demonstrate pedagogical skills and achieve high results in her work. Many classroom leaders enrich their professional skills, teaching methods. And some class leaders create real pedagogical innovations, make learning paths, and complement the pedagogical theories. There are informal criteria, along with formal criteria. This is a teacher who remembers his childhood at the level of emotionally-charged feelings. He does not forget the moments he praised in the parent's meeting, which he declared unjustly to the KVN team or vice versa, thanked the class. Of course, the classmate should keep in mind many things and be aware of it. In the context of improving education, the educational function of the school is of special importance. It is the main purpose of educational work - to create conditions for self-improvement of the younger generation in accordance with modern requirements. The main direction in the process of content and organizational renewal of the educational process is upbringing. The educational process should be carried out as a result of joint efforts of the peers (representatives of children, parents, teachers, public associations and organizations) at different levels: class - school - family - microdistrict - city - region. Summarizing the conclusions drawn from this statement, the class teacher is charged with the most important task of coordinating and directing the efforts of all subjects involved in the formation of the educational system. Self-improvement of the younger generation, in line with modern requirements, is directly related to the realization of this task.
