Структура эссе для ЕГЭ по иностранному языку.

Эссе, который по праву считается одним из  трудным заданий  ЕГЭ станет не таким уж тяжелым, если вы четко усвоите его структуру и речевые клише, необходимые для его написания. Очень важно следовать при написании такого сочинения определенному плану. Этот план приводится в самом задании после темы и обычно выглядит

Use the following plan:
— make an introduction (state the problem)
— express your personal opinion and give 2-3 reasons for your opinion
— express an opposing opinion and give 1-2 reasons for this opposing opinion
— explain why you don’t agree with the opposing opinion
— make a conclusion restating your position

 

Используйте следующий план

-подготовьте введение- констатируйте проблему

- выразите свое личное мнение и приведите 2, 3 причины обосновывающие ваше мнение

- объясните почему вы не согласны с противоположным мнением

- придите к заключению подтверждающему вашу позицию

 

- Разделите текст на смысловые абзацы в соответствии с предложенным в задании планом.

- В первом абзаце сформулируйте проблему, которую вы будете обсуждать, однако не повторяйте тему сочинения слово в слово. Представьте, что ваш читатель не знает, о чем пойдет речь, и попытайтесь объяснить ему проблему другими словами.

- Выделите положительные и отрицательные стороны проблемы, подумайте о разумных аргументах, в поддержку обеих точек зрения.

 

-Помните, что вы должны выразить не только свою точку зрения, но и противоположную.

 -Также не забудьте объяснить, почему вы не согласны с другой точкой зрения.

-  Старайтесь соблюдать баланс между абзацами.

 

-Используйте слова-связки, чтобы помочь читателю проследить за логикой ваших рассуждений.

-Помните, что вводные слова выделяются запятыми.

-В последнем абзаце сделайте обобщающий вывод по данной проблеме. Вы можете также окончательно сформулировать свое мнение или предложить пути решения данной проблемы.

Критерии оценивания

Правильно написанное эссе может принести вам 14 баллов

К1	Решение коммуникативной задачи	Данный критерий призван показать, насколько полно вы в своем эссе отразили аспекты, затрагиваемой проблемы. Это самый важный критерий. Если по нему задание будет оценено в 0 баллов, то все остальные критерии попросту не рассматриваются и все задание оценивается в 0 баллов. То есть не стоит пускать в ход, выученный заранее текст близкой тематики, скорее всего он не отразит всех аспектов предложенной темы, а то и вовсе уведет вас далеко от темы эссе. В 0 баллов работа будет оценена, если в ней присутствуют значительные фрагменты неуникального текста. То есть ели более 30% имеет совпадение с неким опубликованным источником, текст признается непродуктивным и оценивается в 0 баллов. Совпадение считается дословное повторение отрезка речи другого источника протяженностью не менее 10 слов. Важно понять суть проблемы и разносторонне её представить, используя при этом нейтральный стиль речи. Максимальное количество баллов за этот критерий 3
К2	Организация текста	Второй критерий учитывает соответствие текста четкой структуре плана с соответсвующим деление его на абзацы, а также обязательное наличие и уместное использование средств логической связи внутри текста. Соблюдение всех требований данного критерия принесет вам 3 балла
К3	лексика	Задание повышенной сложности требует соответствующего словарного запаса и адекватности приемлемой лексики, заявленной в заданной теме. Максимальное количество баллов, который вы можете получить за обширный словарный запас и уместность выбранных лексических единиц и корректность их применения -3 балла
К4	грамматика	Грамматическое ошибки бывают разными, -одни ломают речь и делают её не понятной, другие никак не повлияют на понимание, оставаясь незамеченными большинству неискушенных читателей. В идеале лучше постараться обойтись без ошибок. Однако 1-2 ошибки в идеально эссе все же позволят вам получить максимальный балл -3по данному критерию. А вот многочисленные ошибки затрудняющие понимание, могу привести к тому, что коммуникативная задача так и не будет решена, что возвращает нас к критерию 1. Поэтому грамматика также должна быть на высоте.
К5	Орфография и пунктуация	По данному критерию можно максимально поучить-2 балла.Для этого орфографические ошибки в тексте должны практически отсутствовать, а оформление предложений знаками препинания, должна соответствовать нормам английской пунктуации, которая имеет отличия от русской. Допускается не более 4 орфографических ошибок не затрудняющих понимания

Про критерии подсчета слов.

При определении соответствия объёма представленной работы вышеуказанным требованиям считаются все слова, с первого слова по последнее, включая вспомогательные глаголы, предлоги, артикли, частицы. При этом:
- числительные, выраженные цифрами, т.е. 1, 25, 2009, 126 204 и т.п., считаются как одно слово;
- числительные, выраженные цифрами, вместе с условным обозначением процентов, т.е. 25%, 100% и т.п., считаются как одно слово;
- числительные, выраженные словами, считаются как слова;
- сложные слова, такие как good-looking, well-bred, English-speaking, twenty-five, считаются как одно слово;
- сокращения, например USA, e-mail, TV, CD-rom, считаются как одно слово.

Нейтральный стиль соблюден, если в задании 40 нет сокращений (I’m sure/ doesn’t matter/ wasn’t stated) и разговорной лексики (it is stupid to think so/ this opinion sucks/ the people wearing such clothes are mad).

Еще при написании сочинения настойчиво советую избегать риторических вопросов (But have you ever wondered …?), потому что мнение г-жи Вербицкой по поводу их использования непостоянно – один год их можно использовать, другой год – нельзя. Также я бы не рекомендовала писать фразу, которая начинается с Let’s …. Она может быть расценена как разговорная. Better safe than sorry.

Еще одно замечание в пункте про коммуникативную задачу – про плагиат. Если более 30% ответа совпадает с опубликованным источником, то выставляется 0 баллов по критерию «Решение коммуникативной задачи», и, соответственно, всё задание оценивается в 0 баллов. Так что заучивать отрывки из топиков смысла не имеет, придется думать самостоятельно.

Внимательно прочитать каждое слово темы и рассуждать только по нему и не отклоняться, при отклонение от темы –о баллов.

Также, если ученик обходится простыми предложениями, баллы снимаются. В сочинении приветствуются сложные структуры, модальные глаголы, обороты с пассивом/ инфинитивом/ причастиями, условные предложения, главное – не перестараться и ‘не писать все красивое сразу”, в ущерб смыслу. Например, в моем сочинении кроме всяческих сложных предложений присутствуют степени сравнения (the most important, higher), модальные глаголы (can’t, have to), пассив (are underpaid or underestimated), условное предложение (If a person is fond of his work, he will eventually become a professional in his area), конструкция с прилагательными в сравнительной степени (The more money you have, the better life you can afford).

Как построить четкую аргументацию в эссе по английскому

Мы видели, что оценка за решение коммуникативной задачи выставляется еще и по качеству аргументации (Методические рекомендации организаторам и экспертам ЕГЭ, Вербицкая, Махмурян). То есть, во-первых, не должно быть лишних аргументов не по теме, а во-вторых, они должны быть последовательными и убедительными. То есть полностью решить коммуникативную задачу в эссе на ЕГЭ 2018 вы сможете, если будете грамотно подбирать аргументы и примеры. В этой статье на пример реального эссе я покажу,

как это делать, а пока немного теории.

КАК ПРАВИЛЬНО АРГУМЕНТИРОВАТЬ?

Представим себе аргумент как простую математическую дробь. Есть числитель (наверху), есть знаменатель (внизу). Аргументация всегда строится на том, что сравнивают или противопоставляют два понятия с «общим знаменателем». «Общий знаменатель» это какая-то характеристика, которая будет общей для все понятий, но «числители» будут разные — это то, как эта характеристика выражена.

ПРИМЕР 1

• Плавание и бег оба приносят пользу, но плавание развивает все мышцы, а бег — только ноги и связки (польза — «знаменатель», развивает все мышцы / только ноги и связки — «числители»).

• Футбол и теннис оба виды спорта, но один командный, а другой — индивидуальный.

В нашем тексте сравним пользу от вложения денег в космические исследования с пользой от того, что их потратят на решение проблем на земле.

«Знаменателем» будут такие характеристики как «время», «количество» / «размер», «вероятность», «расстояние».

• время: сейчас / потом, сейчас / раньше

• количество: много / мало

• размер, масштаб: человек / человечество, большой / маленький

• вероятность: точно / неточно

• расстояние: близко / далеко

ПРИМЕР 2

1. Результаты космических исследований еще только возможно принесут пользу в будущем, но зато сразу всем людям населяющим Землю или тем, кто будет переселяться на другие планеты.

• Расстояние — далеко

• Время — потом

• Уверенность — неточно (отрицательные характеристики)

• Масштаб — все человечество (положительная характеристика)

2. Истратить деньги на земные нужды — значит помочь конкретным больным, и сделать это прямо здесь и сейчас. Или здесь и сейчас организовать образование в бедных странах.

• Время — сейчас

• Расстояние — здесь,

• Уверенность — точно (положительные характеристики)

• Масштаб — единичный человек (негативная характеристика)

Это первые мысли, которые автоматически приходят в голову. Те, кто «считает, что деньги надо потратить» на решение земных проблем, ориентируются на положительные характеристики «здесь» «сейчас» и «наверняка«.

Мы можем решить коммуникативную задачу эссе двумя способами: защищать космические исследования или согласиться с их противниками. В зависимости от этого мы и будем выстраивать аргументацию.

ЗАЩИТА ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ.

• Усилить положительную характеристику — да, «потом«, да, «далеко«, но зато смотрите как масштабно!

• Опровергнуть доводы — показать, что в действительности результаты не «там» и «потом«, а уже «здесь» и «сейчас«.

ПРЕКРАЩЕНИЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ

• Просто согласиться с доводами их противников и привести примеры того, как перенаправление денежных потоков осчастливит всех

• В третьем абзаце сказать о пользе исследований так, чтобы было понятно, что это все несерьезно.

В пошаговой инструкции по улучшении эссе из примера мы будем защищать исследования и используем оба приeма аргументации.

Задание противопоставляет отдаленную пользу от исследований близким проблемам, то есть по «знаменателю» расстояние (близко против далеко), время (сейчас против потом) и вероятность(наверняка против возможно).

Приблизим космос к нам: «открытия уже сейчас используются в медицине». Усилим связь с человеком: cosmic rays + gene mutations. Добавим масштабности: выживание всего человечества против одного больного.

Плохо, что уже 230 слов. То есть практически верхний предел, а нам еще контраргументы писать. Ах да, еще перефразировать надо в первом параграфе. И убрать лишнее про «Our science have changed every year» — в задании нет вопроса о переменах и времени. В этой фразе «знаменатель» — перемены, было против стало. А в вопросе этого нет.

Попутно разнообразим грамматику и лексику, а также улучшим логику текста.

ПОСМОТРЕТЬ РЕЗУЛЬТАТ

Почти все получилось, теперь есть пять абзацев, понятные и связанные аргументы, только слов почти на сто штук больше. На следующем этапе постараемся с этим справиться, а сейчас разберем, что только что сделали:

Сокращаем слова в своем эссе.

Consequently, life of all humanity may depend on how much we know about these. What is more, while studying space objects, scientists already make discoveries which change life on the Earth right now. For example, new chemical elements like helium can be found during such research. Also, information about the influence of space and the stars on humans’ health can be obtained as a result of space studies, like the role of cosmic rays in gene mutations and the evolution itself. In my opinion, space exploration is too important to stop. First of all, it provides valuable knowledge about various space phenomena. Distant planets are studied as the potential future home for humanity, while asteroids may be dangerous for the earth now. Consequently, life of humanity may depend on knowledge about these. Moreover, space researchers are already making life-changing discoveries. For example, helium was found while studying the sun, and now new materials are deveoped in space. Also, information about the cosmic influence on humans’ health can be obtained as a result of space studies, like the role of cosmic rays in gene mutations and the evolution. (106 слов)

On the other hand, space exploration is often claimed a waste of time and money. Those who think so believe that this money should be spent on finding cure for dangerous deseases and saving people on Earth right now. They also encourage governments to invest more in education saying that thousands of schools, especially in poor countries may be equipped with this money. (63 слова)

Единый язык для всей планеты. За и против No doubt that learning languages takes up a lot of time. That is why some people think that it would be better to have only one language on our planet. With each loss of a language comes a loss of a culture, a loss of a way of life that deserves to be protected and treated as valuable. I also believe that leaving one language for communication will greatly reduce the linguistic diversity разнообразие of our planet, which is the key to our survival. What is more, it will be rather difficult to choose which language to use and it may even lead to wars. Many people think that if we have only one language, communication will become easier and there will be no need to learn foreign languages. I cannot agree with them because knowledge of foreign languages makes a person educated and well rounded завершенным. You cannot broaden your mind if you see the world only from the perspective of your own culture. Besides, people are a lot more helpful if you speak their language. In conclusion, I would argue that we should try our best to preserve сохранить the linguistic diversity of our planet. I think that larger cultures should have a respect for minority меньшенство  languages, but first of all the younger generation must want to preserve their native language.

What is more, zoos are like prisons for animals as they live in small cages and do not get necessary food. In addition, animals become very aggressive and unpredictable as they get older and often attack zoo keepers and other people. However, most people think that zoos help endangered species survive. But this is not true because most rare animals are extremely difficult to breed размножаться in captivity. Besides, in zoos, it is almost impossible to meet the animals’ natural needs. Another argument for keeping animals in zoos is that people learn something new about these animals. Actually, zoos do not teach us much because animals do not act the way they would in the wild. I think we can learn more about animals by watching wildlife programs on TV. In conclusion, I would argue that zoos do not seem to help endangered species and keeping animals behind bars only for the sake of our entertainment is not quite fair. In my opinion, people must create nature reserves, where wild animals will be able to live in their natural environment.

Besides, they are afraid that public transport would be overloaded. I am sure it is possible to solve these problems by introducing a reliable high frequency tram service as well as developing the underground. To sum up, I believe that a clean, reliable and environmentally friendly public service would encourage people to use public transport and help smooth the transition to a car-free zone.

Согласны ли вы Nowadays people spend lots of money in order to go to an English-speaking country to improve their language skills. But is it really the most effective way of learning a language? In my view, studying in a foreign country has certain drawbacks.  недостаток Firstly, this way is very expensive as the tuition fee for overseas students is rather high. Besides, when you study abroad, you have to adapt to a very different way of life, which can be quite stressful. What is more, English teachers do not speak Russian so if you don’t know English well, you will not understand their explanation. It is often assumed - предполагать, допускать that it is better to study a language abroad because you can always use it speaking with native speakers. However, I doubt that we will have lots of opportunities to speak abroad as we do not know many people there. It is also believed that Russian teachers are not as qualified as those in England. I totally disagree with this opinion because Russian teachers can compare two languages and explain grammar rules better. To sum up, I would argue that the best way to learn a language is to study it in your native country because you can always get the necessary help from your teachers. Moreover, today we have lots of opportunities to improve our skills such as communicating with English pen-friends over the Internet. I think that we should travel abroad so as to practise a language but not to study it.

However, I believe children should not learn too many languages at the same time so as not to get confused. Other services are also available through the Internet such as booking tickets or buying things. Moreover, the Internet allows a lot of talented people to show the world their achievements and makes it easier to find a job. On the other hand, the Internet can become a disaster for our society, because people spend hours in front of their computers and neglect - пренебрегать (чем-л.); не заботиться (о чём-л.) - упускать, забывать; не выполнять (долга)

Although electronic books have not been widely accepted yet, they have certain advantages over traditional paper volumes. But will they be able to replace printed books? In my opinion, students will be widely using computers for studying in the future. To begin with, computers can store lots of books in their memory and modern software allows us to find quickly the necessary information. Besides, with the interactive programs on computers studying will be much more exciting. What is more, electronic books will not degrade overtime like their printed counterparts. On the other hand, lots of disbelievers argue that computers will not replace printed books because a printed book is better for human eyes than a computer screen. In addition, books are cheaper and easier to use since they do not need electricity or the Internet connection. I cannot agree with this because modern computer screens emit no radiation and allow us to read even in low light conditions. Of course we will have to pay for electricity but I think it will be cheaper than to pay for printed books, which are very expensive nowadays. To sum up, I think computers and printed books will peacefully coexist for years to come, but in the future technological progress will make it possible for students to carry laptops or even palmtops instead of traditional bags with lots of heavy books.

За и против People have always had different hobbies but technological progress has caused the appearance of computers and computer games, which can keep a child occupied for hours. However, adults consider computer games a complete waste of time. As for me, I believe computer games are more than mindless entertainment. To begin with, computer games can teach people to achieve their aims as they regularly put obstacles and traps in the way of players which are necessary to overcome in order to progress through the rest of the game. Additionally, computer games can be a valuable source of accidental learning that can be applied to school, home, and social events. Moreover, teachers have also started to appreciate educational games as an opportunity to make their lessons more exciting. Nevertheless, quite a few people are against this activity as they find it rather addictive and harmful for children’s health. They argue that computer games make students neglect their school work. However, if we learn to control our computer use and play games for an hour just to relax after a hard day at school, this will not do us any harm. What is more, modern technology made it possible to eliminate the bad effect of computers on our eyes. To sum up, I believe that computer games have more advantages than drawbacks. They make us persistent, develop our logical reasoning and help us to escape from everyday problems. The thing is to find a right balance between virtual reality and everyday reality.

Космос. За и против исследований в космосе Space exploration can mean a major leap for mankind. However, it is often criticized because the price for these space experiments is too high, especially while poverty still exists in many parts of the world. On the one hand, space research is extremely beneficial as it advances technology. As a result of this work, we have lots of inventions, which have made our lives much more comfortable. In addition, through the exploration of space, we could find new elements, minerals or even discover new laws of physics and eventually learn more about ourselves. What is more, space exploration will allow us to establish a human civilization on another planet as a hedge -  (живая) изгородь

Besides, some of the technology we develop through space science can be used in a destructive - уничтожающий manner if it is in the wrong hands. Finally, a travel to space can be dangerous as we may discover something that is extremely harmful for the living beings on Earth. To conclude, I want to say that space exploration satisfies the human desire for adventure therefore по этой причине; вследствие этого; поэтому, следовательно most people are interested in space research. Nevertheless всё же, как бы то ни было, I believe our governments should find the right balance between social and space programs.
