(2) yakiniku - lit. grilled meat, but if you’re familiar w/ kbbq it’s pretty similar to that setup. you get a bunch of raw meat (usually pre-seasoned), and you do the grilling yourself. uhhh google it if you don’t know what it is!!
(3) honne & tatemae is a deeply cultural thing hence why I decided to explain it in-line sorta this time. here are a few articles you can read to learn more!
