1. В паре с одним из сокурсников обсудите, какая из двух основных теорий, представленных в этой главе, кажется вам наиболее привлекательной. Подкрепите вашу точку зрения анализом особенностей этих подходов.

2. Проделайте рациональный самоанализ (РСА) на примере реальной ситуации из вашей жизни. Проанализируйте результаты вместе с другим студентом. Чему вы научились из этого упражнения и что вы можете передать клиенту, которому вы предложите выполнить РСА?

3. В группах по три человека разыграйте в ролях, как, по вашему мнению, действовали бы консультанты, придерживающиеся РЭТП или ТА подходов, при оказании помощи клиентам со следующими проблемами: медлительность, межличностный конфликт, стресс, трудности приспособления к новым жизненным обстоятельствам и подавленность. Один из студентов должен исполнять роль клиента, другой – консультанта, а третий – выступать наблюдателем. После окончания сцены наблюдатель должен сообщить консультанту свое впечатление. Консультант и клиент должны также объяснить, что они испытали в течение процесса. Пусть каждый получит возможность побывать во всех трех ролях.

4. Перечислите все случаи и типы «игр», в которые вы играете в течение недели. Попытайтесь описать все модели, которые поддаются выделению. Обсудите свои результаты с сокурсниками в открытой дискуссии в аудитории.

5. Какие теории вы находите более привлекательными: эмоциональные теории или когнитивные теории? Сформулируйте ваши аргументы как можно более конкретно. Какие доказательства эффективности избранных вами теорий предлагает современная профессиональная литература? Поищите в литературе статьи, написанные за последние три года, посвященные предпочитаемым вами теориям.
