Rules and regulations about your looks and clothes

Most schools in England require children to wear a school uniform. Uniforms deny the students’ right to personal identity and self-expression. Everyone is equal. It’s funny when you first arrive seeing 15 and 16 yr olds going to school in shorts and long socks but you soon get used to it. “They sometimes have stupid rules! A school uniform is so expensive!” clime British students. “Jumper or sweater with the school logo on. So…. We can’t get lost!” But why should the British children wear a school uniform? First of all it’s a tradition. Wearing a school uniform instills a sense of pride and discipline in students. Parents don't have to shop for varied wardrobes for their children to keep up with or show-off to other children.
