1. Present Simple – Настоящее простое время

-You read the newspaper after breakfast.

- He/She reads the newspaper after breakfast.

- You don’t read the newspaper after breakfast.

- He/She doesn’t read the newspaper after breakfast.

- Do you read the newspaper after breakfast?

- Does he/she read the newspaper after breakfast?

2. Present Continuous – Настоящее продолженное время

- You are reading the newspaper now.

- I am reading the newspaper now.

- He/She is reading the newspaper now.

- You aren’t reading the newspaper now.

- I am not reading the newspaper now.

- He/She isn’t reading the newspaper now.

- Are you reading the newspaper now?

- Am I reading the newspaper now?

- Is he/she reading the newspaper now?

3. Present Perfect – Настоящее завершенное время

-I/we/you have already done this work today.

-He/she has already done this work today.

-I/we/you haven’t done this work today yet.

-He/she hasn’t done this work today yet.

- Have I/we/you already done this work today?

- Has he/she already done this work today?

4. Present Perfect Continuous – Настоящее совершенно продолженное время

- I/we/you have been working.

-He/she has been working.

- I have not been working.

- He/she has n't been working.

- Have you been working?

- Has he been working?

- We have been waiting for you for two hours

Мы ждем тебя уже два часа.

- He has been building a house. It will take him years to finish

Он строит дом. На то, чтобы закончить постройку, у него уйдут годы.

5. Future Simple – Будущее простое время

-I/we/he will wait for you downstairs. – Я буду ждать вас внизу.

-It will take half an hour to get to the railway station. – Потребуется полчаса, чтобы добраться до железнодорожной станции.

-You won’t (will not) pay this bill next week.

- Will you pay this bill next week?

6. Future Continuous – Будущее продолженное время

-I/you/he will be working when you return – Когда вы вернетесь я буду работать (буду занят работой).

- I/you/he won’t be working when you return.

- Will I/you/he be working when you return?

7. Future Perfect – Будущее совершенное время

-I hope you will have finished the report before they goes to Europe.

Я надеюсь, что вы закончите доклад до того, как они отправятся в Европу.

-You won’t have finished this work by September.

- Will you have finished this work by September?

8. Past Simple – Простое прошедшее время

-Nick wrote a letter to his friend twice a week. –

Два раза в неделю Ник писал письмо другу.

- Nick didn’t write a letter to his friend twice a week.

- Did Nick write a letter to his friend twice a week?

9. Past Continuous – Прошедшее продолженное время

-I was working in my garden on Friday morning. –

В пятницу вечером я работал в саду.

-You were working in our garden on Friday morning.

-I wasn’t working in my garden on Friday morning.

-You weren’t working in our garden on Friday morning.

- Was he working in my garden on Friday morning?

- Were you working in our garden on Friday morning?

10. Past Perfect – Прошедшее совершенное время

-She had left when I telephoned. – Когда я позвонил, она уже ушла.

-By five p.m. I had completed my work. – К пяти часам я закончил свою работу.

-She hadn’t left when I telephoned.

- Had she left when I telephoned?

11. Future in the Past – Будущее в прошедшем время

He knew she would leave next week

Он знал, что она уедет на следующей неделе.

She looked around the room, wondering where to put the pictures. She would put her favourite water-colour above the fireplace.

Она оглядела комнату, раздумывая, куда бы повесить картины. Свою любимую акварель она повесит над камином.

I thought he would be reading the article when I returned

Я думал, он будет читать статью, когда я вернусь.

John said he would have taken his exams by the end of the month

Джон сказал, что уже сдаст все экзамены к концу месяца.

He said that by the first of May he would have been working at that school for twenty years. Он сказал, что к первому мая он будет работать в этой школе уже двадцать лет
