Bruce Lee's ankle weights set. Pair of ankle weights are made of black leather with 30 individual compartments each containing a 3.75 oz. metal weight spike. Weights by Coach's Sporting Goods feature an adjustable velcro closure and three grommets for securing with laces. Ankle weights measure 8'' in height and weigh 4 pounds 2 ounces each.
