Задание 3. Перепишите следующие предложения, содержащие разные формы сравнения, и переведите их на русский язык.

Задание 4. Перепишите и письменно переведите предложения на русский язык, обращая внимание на перевод неопределенных, отрицательных и указательных местоимений.

1) This airport stays open even if the weather is bad.

Задание 5. Перепишите следующие предложения, определите в них видовременные формы глагола и укажите их инфинитив. Переведите предложения на русский язык.

Cadastre

1. То manage resources more rationally there is a need to have the state system of the land cadastre. Cadastre is a systematized code of data consisting of two parts: maps and plans containing information on size and location of all plots and textual description of their typical features. Different countries give various explanations to term “cadastre”. In accordance with a widely-used conception cadastres are information systems having data on land and object on it or associated with it The term “information system” is applied to a wide range of spatial information including ecological, social and economic data as well as those data connected with system of infrastructure. Cadastre pays more concrete attention to the problems dealing with the right to property, cost and usage of the land plots.

2. Cadastre can include the following data: geometric data (coordinates, maps), nature and period of validity of rental treaty, detailed constructional features of buildings and flats population, rates of land tax. Data can be referred to individual plots of land and can cover more spacious areas.

3. According to purpose cadastre can be classified into three big categories: “tax” or “fiscal” for describing real estate to determine procedure and amount of taxation; “law” or “juridical” for defending the rights for possessing property; “multipurpose” – for solving a wide spectrum of law, economic, ecological, town-planning problems and for settling down the problems of management and planning of the territory development.
