IV. Responsibility for violation of these Rules

4.1. For violation of these Rules, the Regulations on the student hostel, the contract of employment or the contract of gratuitous use to residents residing on the proposal of the administration of the hostel, measures of disciplinary action and (or) eviction from the hostel may be applied.

4.2. For violation of living duties established by local regulations relating to residence in a student hostel, students may be evicted from the hostel or the following disciplinary sanctions apply to them:

1) a remark;

2) reprimand;

3) eviction from the University and dormitory.

The application of disciplinary sanctions is formalized by the order of the rector.

4.3. The grounds for applying disciplinary measures and (or) eviction from the hostel are;

- use of a dwelling not for the purpose;

- appearance in a hostel in the state of alcoholic, toxic or narcotic intoxication, use of alcoholic beverages;

- smoking unidentified places, smoking in the premises of the hostel;

- the carrying, storage, use and distribution of narcotic substances and the storage of weapons, hookah devices for smoking, weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices.

- systematic violation of the rights and legitimate interests of neighbors by residing people, which makes it impossible to live together in the same dwelling;

- Violation of public order, expressed in committing hooliganism or a fight;

- violation of the rules of residence in the hostel;

- violation of the terms of the contract of employment or a contract of gratuitous use, including with regard to timely payment for the use of the hostel;

- violation of the Regulations on the student hostel;

- destruction or damage to the living quarters by residents or other persons for whose actions they are responsible;

- Refusal of the person residing from registration at the place of stay;

- refusal to comply with sanitary norms and regulations;

- a single gross or systematic violation of the residence regime established by these Rules;

- The absence of a resident of the dormitory without a written warning and (or) managing the hostel for more than 10 (ten) calendar days without a valid reason;

- the systematic maintenance of a dwelling in an unsanitary condition.
