The enterprise has high-technology equipment allowing the effective accomplishment of prior operations, sand blasting of flat and profiled steel with subsequent priming, pattern outing of flat steel, preparation of raw details for welding and levening of flat steel.In 2007 the enterprise handled modernization and reconstruction of more than 10000m2 of production facilities.
In 2008 JSC JV Byelkamit mastered the production of road bridges.The company puts in commission the road bridge on Bogenbai street over the Ishim river.In 2010-2011 the enterprise produced 11 bridge bays for Zhetygen-Khorgos railway.The enterprise implemented the ISO 9001:2008quality management system. Activity type: production of boiler equipment, supply of indirect heating systems and systems of hot-water supply. Year of establishment – 1994. Buran Boiler company holds the leading position on the country’s market and is one of the first producers of boiler equipment and block-modular boiler plants in Kazakhstan produced taking into account modern international requirements for heating equipment.
Since 1999 the Plant produces and supplies boilers with capacity from 17kW to 3.5 MW fueled by gas, liquid and solid fuel meant for heating and hot-water supply. All the products meet the modern requirements for heating sources. It is approved by ST TOO 40550360-01-2007 and ST TOO 40550360-02-2008, by the ISO 9001-2009 international quality certificate, by the origin of goods ST-KZ certificate. The enterprise is registered in the Register of National Manufacturers approved by the decision of the Board of the National Welfare Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” under the number 002892/OP.
One of the advantages of the Buran Boiler LLP is its own department of engineering design comprising highly qualified specialists.
