Isker-Gaz LLP was established in 1996 on the basis of the Branch Office №1 of the Head Autorepair of ZIL-130 trucks, production of self loaders-container trucks based on ZIL-130 and KAMAZ trucks, production of containers with capacity of 3t, lift tailgates based on GAZ-53 trucks, and the production of general mechanical rubber goods. After the establishment of the joint venture with Gorky Automobile Plant was mastered the assembling from component parts of GAZ-33021 Gazel automobiles and started producing vans. Starting from 2004 Isker-GAZ LLP specializes in producing box vans of carcass type for transportation of manufactured goods and food products, isothermal and refrigerated box vans, normalized bodies of standard clearance for transportation of shift teams, auto repair shops, laboratories, ect. And bodies for transportation of gas cylinders, bakery products, ect. All the box vans are produced not only for GAZ automobiles, but also for the automobiles of different modifications. The enterprise mastered the production of two-wheel trailers and trailers with coupled wheel axle for various types of detachable equipment and constructions, including trailer under frames based on Gazel automobiles.

Isker-GAz LLP annually takes parts in the regional exhibition-contest Altyn-Sapa and automobile show. The enterprise has different awards and certificates in there areas.

Kazremenegro JSC provides services on repair, installation, diagnostics, fault detection, building, supply of the equipment, production of power equipment and spare parts; manage the projects, including supervision on execution of work, handover of the building project for commissioning, warranty and post-warranty services in the projects of modernization, reconstruction, restoring and repair of the power facilities of any complexity. Annually the company sign contracts on state purchases to the amount of 3,5 bin tenge. Kazremenegro JSC has well-equipped production base with sufficient fleet of motor vehicles and lifting mechanisms for delivery of equipment for repair in shop environment.
