Мы используем Past Simple Passive, когда говорим о фактах, которые произошли в прошлом. При этом акцент мы делаем на то, что произошло (само действие), а не на то, кто это сделал.

Past Simple: «Она закрыла окно» (говорим, кто совершил действие).

Past Simple Passive: «Окно закрыли» (не называем, того кто сделал, а делаем акцент на самом действии).

Случаи использования Past Simple Passive следующие:

1. Мы не знаем, кто совершил действие Например: «Банк был ограблен в субботу».

2. Нам важно само действие, а не то, кто это совершил Например: «Договор был подписан вчера».

3. Произошли неприятные события, но кого-то конкретно обвинять в этом не хотят Например: «Документы не были подготовлены».

Правила построения предложений в Past Simple Passive в английском языке:

Предложения в страдательном залоге построить несложно. Чтобы сделать это, мы:

1. Ставим объект (предмет или человек), над которым совершается действие, в начало предложения.

2. На второе место в предложении ставим глагол to be в прошедшем времени. В этом времени он имеет две формы — was и were. Was мы используем, когда говорим о ком-то в единственном числе (он, она, оно). Were используется во всех остальных случаях.

3. Само действие (глагол) мы ставим в прошедшее время.

В английском языке есть правильные и неправильные глаголы. В зависимости от глагола мы: добавляем окончание -ed, если глагол правильный (close — closed); ставим его в 3-ю форму, если глагол неправильный (broke — broken).

Давайте посмотрим на схему такого предложения.

Предмет/человек + was/were + 3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием -ed. I was You 3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием -ed We were They He She was It

Примеры: His car was stolen last month. Его машину украли в прошлом месяце.

The documents were lost. Документы потеряли.

The work was finished yesterday. Работа была закончена вчера.

Использование by в пассивном залоге: С помощью предлога by мы можем добавить, кем/чем было совершенно действие. Для этого мы ставим by в конце предложения, а после него того, кто это сделал.

Например: This house was built by Tom. Этот дом был построен Томом. The articles were written by Mary. Эти статьи были написаны Мэри.

Использование with в пассивном залоге

С помощью предлога with мы можем добавить инструмент, которым было совершено действие. Для этого ставим with в конце предложения, а после него то, чем это было сделано.

Например The letter was written with a pencil. Письмо было написано карандашом.

The window was broken with a ball. Окно было разбито мячом.

Отрицательные предложения в Past Simple Passive в английском языке:

Мы можем использовать отрицание, когда говорим, что что-то не было сделано.

Чтобы образовать отрицание, мы после глагола to be (was, were) добавляем отрицательную частицу not.

Схема такого предложения будет следующей. Предмет/человек + was/were + not + 3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием -ed. I was You 3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием -ed We were They not She He was It

Примеры The door was not locked. Дверь не была заперта. The robbers were not found. Грабители не были найдены. This work was not done. Эта работа не была сделана.

Вопросительные предложения в Past Simple Passive

в английском языке Мы можем спросить, произошло ли какое-то действие. Для этого глагол to be (was, were) нужно перенести на первое место в предложении.

Схема такого предложения будет выглядеть так. Was/were + предмет/человек + 3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием -ed? Was I you 3-я форма неправильного глагола или правильный глагол с окончанием -ed Were we they he Was she it
