Introduction
Dear students! Application process for international architectural competitions is always in English language (it might have another languages, as well, but English is always the primary one). Participation in the international competition includes certain stages, namely: registration online, paying registration fee (if any), and receiving the registration number (which will be your ID, since all the participations in the competitions are anonymous), submission of the required materials, and finally waiting for the acceptance number. This chapter will guide you through the application and registration process, giving some helpful tips about registration fees, boards and docs submissions, and finally, the most important, how to meet the deadline.
At the end of this chapter you will find the alphabetical list of terms (Glossary) that are necessary for the orientation in the topics discussed, along with the bibliography of materials that were used.
