First of all, it is necessary to touch upon the most important, in my opinion, problem. This is a personal data problem. Hundreds, thousands, millions of people provide their personal data, including location, and even sometimes passport data to companies that own these sites. Because of this, several problems appear at once. Firstly, due to corruption in these companies or a hacker attack, this data can fall into bad hands, and can be used for criminal purposes. A Second problem also arises: do companies honestly use this data? There is certain information that both Facebook and other social networks provide their users with data to governments.
