Акционерное общество «НПО «Орион», именуемое в дальнейшем «Покупатель», в лице Советника Генерального директора, Крюкова Андрея Александровича, действующего на основании доверенности №40 от 17 Мая 2018 г., с одной стороны, и___________________,именуемое в дальнейшем «Поставщик», в лице ____________________, действующего на ____________, с другой стороны, далее именуемые «Стороны», заключили настоящий Акт о нижеследующем:
