2. Determination of winners is held from April 23 to May 6, 2013. It includes the work of the jury, summing up of contest and the announcement of the winners.
3. Sending of diplomas, certificates and prizes to the winners and laureates.
The authorship of the child (group of chidren) is extended to the following steps of animated film creation:
- idea of the film;
- story / script;
- storyboard;
- characters, background, additional elements - the idea and implementation;
- choice of material for the realization of his film;
- directing sound.
The role of the teacher is support of a child in the creation of his own animated film.
The organizers reserve the right to send clarifying questionnaire form.
Conditions of participation "Multi-Mount"
- Participation in contest is free.
- Animated film should bear positive social, human and cultural values.
- Animated films accepted to the competition should be made in the stop-motion technology using any material.
- animated film should be made on or after March 13, 2011
- Author’s age (each member of the group of authors) should be not older than 13 years at the time of the competition.
- The application and the animated film are accepted to the participation in the contest on conditions that they are sent from 13 March to 22 April 2013.
- Application form can be submitted on the contest website (to fill-in the application form please visit the contest website www.mult.tvorigora.ru).
- Animated film can be sent on the contest by two variants:
ü 1: via electronic service YouTube in the best possible quality (link to place should be specified in the application);
ü 2: by post on a DVD or CD-media (digital high-quality copy of the animated film in format of MP4, codec H.264) to the postal address "Tvori-Gora" 660049 Krasnoyarsk, Mira av. 46a in the name of Anna Prokopova. The application form should be filled including the date of departure and number of postal items (post id) after sending disc.
- The video resolution of 720x576 pixels at least.
- Animated film must have captions, which contain information on the film title, author (s), year of release and other.
- Attention! Under Chapter 70 of Civil Code "On Copyright and Related Rights" using frames from other film or author’s music in the animated film, the name of the author, whose work is used, must necessarily be mentioned as well as the name of the music or film, which fragment is reproduced. Creation that are considered "public property" may be freely used by any person.
- The Organizing Committee of "Mult-Goroy" reserves the right not to accept films that are not in accordance with the technical requirements and the concept of the Contest.
By posting material, the author (authors) and the teacher (parent) shows compliance with these Terms and ensure that:
- animated films are done personally by child or by a team of children;
- the author (s) have no obligations to third parties on this animated film, preventing the placement of materials on this site, observing the copyright law;
- all audio and citations given in the film, have links to the author, source and bibliographic sources;
- any materials with no reference to any source are considering to be authorial;
- photos and authorial material of minors are placed with the consent of their legal representatives (parents, guardians, etc.);
- the author(s) provide(s) the right to the organizing committee of the contest "Mult-Goroy" to use an animated film or its part, indicating the author (s) on its own without approval, without payment of royalties in its projects, including the purpose to popularize the contest and the various events of the Creative organization "Tvori-Gora."
In the case of documented serious violations of copyright (that is to say borrowing other people's creations such as poems, songs, etc. or their considerable fragments without reference to authorship), the animated film is removed from the contest without the right to replacing.
Evaluation criteria
Evaluation will be carried out according to the following groups of criteria:
- content aspect: the idea, the integrity of the film;
- technological aspect: sound, a visual representation (background, characters, etc.), technical performance;
- aesthetic aspect: beauty of visual and audio series
- originality.
Results of the contest "Mult-Goroy"
The winners will be awarded with diplomas and prizes, the winners - with diplomas. The organizing committee and the jury may establish special prizes.
Organizers send diplomas, certificates and prizes to the postal address given in the application.
At the end of the contest all films entered into the program of contest will be published in the form of a virtual disk on the contest website.
