Office Routine. Telling Time

I travel to work by tube and train. I catch the eight twenty-eight train every day. The routine is very simple I start work at half past nine and the first thing I do is open the post – that’s at about nine thirty-five. We have a coffee break at about eleven o’clock. Then I start typing letters at about half past eleven. I have lunch at about half past one, but I only have an hour for lunch, so I’m back in the office by half past two. I usually go to the post-room at about twenty-five to three and I send faxes there. I make tea at four o’clock. I start doing the filing at about half past four and I leave the office to go home at half past five on the dot.
