Закон Вебера (Weber's law). В работах Фельденкрейса является фундаментальным понятием. Этот закон гласит, что наша способность к изменениям пропорциональна наличному уровню возбуждения. Повышением уровня осознания тонких изменений достигается успокоение и балансировка коры головного мозга, отвечающей за двигательные функции.

Личностный панцирь (Character armor). Врожденный защитный механизм. Личностный панцирь формируется из защитных реакций эго, которые приобрели хронически активный, автоматический характер; включает в себя все защитные силы, конституирующие в пределах эго согласованный комплекс.

Оргастическая потенция (Orgastic potency). Способность всецело подчиниться потоку биологической энергии и полностью извергнуть заблокированное сексуальное возбуждение.

Панцирь (Armoring). Защитный механизм, который препятствует свободному выражению эмоций и движению энергии. Панцирь, как психологический, так и физический, есть основное препятствие развитию индивида.

Телесный панцирь (Body armor). Хронические мышечные напряжения, физическая манифестация личностного панциря индивида.

Энергия оргона (Orgone energy). Фундаментальная энергия, сущая во всех живых организмах; один из аспектов не обладающей массой космической энергии. В основе этого понятия лежит фрейдовская концепция либидо.
