You know it is very difficult to find a job, as there are trends in today's job market: on the one hand - the increase of unemployment; on the other hand (с другой стороны) the growing demand for qualified labor. It is important today for a young person to find a good interesting job. To find a very interesting job you must write a fine resume. A resume contains explanation about education, knowledge, interests and so on. A person who wants to get a job is called an applicant.

A well composed resume is as vital in this country as in the West. It should be simple, concise and clear for a specialist position.

Another important stage is a job interview. It is a very important step for the applicant. The interview is some sort of a business talk. It is after the interview with the applicant for a job a final decision is taken that is to accept or to reject the candidate. The interview is a sort of «self presentation» and any applicant should do a good homework before it: for instance it is worth learning more about the company he or she is willing to work for. The psychologists’ advice to the applicant he must not be shy about discussing the issues of salary, medical insurance, extra benefits, overtime and vocation payment. So the applicant must be aware about his strong points and emphasize them by all means. The strong points are education, knowledge of personal computer, local conditions and interests in future job.
