Vibro graders are a high performance machines which are used for grading of food grains because of their size. They are widely used to grade coffee, peanuts, corn, fried gram, beans, peas etc. They may be in single and twin deck versions based on the number of graders required and capacity.
Features:
· Easy and quick changing of sieves.
· Auto cleaning of screens by rubber balls.
· Vibrators mounted in the center of the machine are a support.
· Adjustable screen inclination.
· The angle of throw and stroke are also easily adjustable.
Design:
· Large screens have been provided with a large number of holes for better outputs.
· The change of screens can be done by swinging down the inlet door and sliding them out.
· Vibrating deck is mounted on four hollow rubber springs thus ensuring that the vibrations of the machine frame are reduced to a minimum.
· Auto screen cleaning through rubber balls to ensure maximum number of holes are available at any time for proper grading.
· A wide variety of round holes and slotted screens of any size are easily available based on the requirement.
