Data Integrity: Repairs

Part of creating accurate statistical information is ensuring that all parts of the statistics calculations have correct data. In example, to ensure calculations such as Open Rate remain as accurate as possible we have to ensure that the two parts of the Open Rate algorithm (Opens/Delivered) are also as accurate as possible.

Most of the internal efforts you run through IRIS will automatically pull things like Opens and Delivered information from the Message Central mailing. However, when marketing efforts outside of Agora to Non-Agora partners we will be relying on their marketing teams to provide us with that Open and Delivered information.

If an effort is missing critical data (Opens, Delivered/Impressions information) it will be tagged as an effort in need of REPAIR. These efforts will be bundled together and emailed to the marketer who created the efforts daily until the statistical inaccuracies are corrected.

To access these repair efforts at any time, you can search for repair efforts by the marketer who created them.

Select SEARCH from any filters menu on any schedule screen.


A pop-up window will appear for you to enter your search terms. Select the item type you wish to search by as well as the Search Type = Repairable Efforts. Then you will be able to select the Marketer whose repair efforts you wish to view.
