When we talk about distances, dimensions … we very often have to compare things, items or characteristics:
Ø we can do this with suffixes (long – longer than – the longest, easy – easier – the easiest, big – bigger – the biggest; good – better – the best, bad – worse – the worst, far – further, the furthest)
Ø or (with longer adjectives) we use more and the most (difficult – more difficult – the most difficult).
Activity 15. Can you complete these sentences with the correct form of an appropriate adjective? Sometimes there are different possibilities.
