Предъявление претензий (A Complaint Letter)

Целью написания подобных писем является замена некачественного товара, возмещение затрат или ущерба, воздействие на средства массовой информации, изменение политики компании и т.д. В первом абзаце необходимо обозначить проблему и дать необходимую фактическую информацию (например, дату покупки, адрес магазина, имя консультанта или ответственного лица, название товара, модель, стоимость, гарантийные обязательства). В следующей части предложите Ваш вариант решения проблемы, изложите Ваши требования. В последнем абзаце поблагодарите человека, которому адресовано письмо, за внимание и, если это уместно, сделайте комплимент (например, скажите, почему Вам нравятся товары этой компании). Обязательно укажите свои контактные данные.

To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my cleats, I have already went out and bought a new pair of cleats at my local sporting goods store so sending another would result in me having two pairs of the same cleats.
