The program should include vocal and instrumental works.

Group A (up to 14 years), up to 12 minutes:

Two different works (one of which is the accompaniment of the opera aria or part of the instrumental concerto).

Group B (up to 19 years), up to 20 minutes:

Three different works (one of which is the accompaniment of the opera aria or part of an instrumental concert).

Nomination 3. Piano duet (4 hands, 2 grand pianos).

In a Programme:

- only original works written for a piano ensemble, or author's transcriptions can be used;

- the execution of arrangements for piano and orchestra is not allowed;

- it is possible to perform separate parts of a cyclic work, or a whole cycle, if it is within the time limit.

The program does not provide for the inclusion of works in variety or jazz processing.

Group A (up to 14 years), up to 15 minutes:

Two different works (one work is classical, the second is a romantic or modern composition of a Western European or Russian composer of the XIX - XXI centuries).

Group B (up to 19 years), up to 25 minutes:

Three different works (classical, romantic, modern).

Nomination 4. Chamber ensemble (string and (or) wind, pianoforte).

Up to 19 years (the lower age limit is not specified), up to 30 minutes.

Violin and piano:

1. One of the sonatas of I. Haydn, V. Mozart, L. Beethoven.

2. Composition for the choice of participants (romantic, or the work of a modern composer).

Alto and piano:

1. One of the sonatas by IS Bach.

2. Composition for the choice of participants (romantic, or the work of a modern composer).

Cello and Piano:

1. One of the cycles of L. Beethoven's variations.

2. Composition for the choice of participants (romantic, or the work of a modern composer).

Wind instrument (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon) and pianoforte:

1. The composition written before 1830.

2. Composition for the choice of participants (romantic, or the work of a modern composer).

Trio: piano, violin, cello

1. One of the Trio of I. Haydn, V. Mozart, L. Beethoven.

2. Composition for the choice of participants (romantic, or XX-XXI centuries).

The performance of the work is not entirely (one or two parts). The performance of works in jazz and variety is not allowed.

The jury of the competition.

Selection screening is assessed by a jury, which includes teachers from the Urals College of Music and the Ural State Conservatory M.P. Mussorgsky.

The jury of the main round of the Contest includes well-known musicians, leading figures of culture and art, teachers of professional educational institutions of the Russian Federation, countries of Europe and the world.

In the jury of the main round of the Competition, participation of representatives of the Ural Music College is unacceptable. If a jury member is associated with the participant or is his teacher, he does not participate in the vote when assessing the performance of this contestant.

The jury has the right to award not all prizes, to share seats between several participants.

The jury has the right to decide on the reduction of the program or the termination of performance, which goes beyond the limits of the regulations, or in the case of obvious unsatisfactory level of performance.

Assessments and decisions of jury members on the results of the competition are recorded in the final protocol, which all jury members sign. The chairman of the jury has an additional voice in resolving disputes. The jury's decision is final and can not be discussed.

The jury determines the composition of the participants performing at the solemn closing of the Competition.

Assessment system.

The results of the competition programs are evaluated on a 100-point system.

The Grand Prix of the competition is awarded to the participant, whose performance received the highest rating of all jury members (100 points). Grand Prix can not be awarded to more than one contestant.

Winners of the competition are awarded with the laureate diplomas:

- first degree (average: 90 - 99)

- the second degree (average: 80 - 89),

- the third degree (average: 75 - 79).

Diplomas of laureates of I, II, III degrees are awarded in each age group and nominations. In each age category and nomination there can not be more than one laureate of the I degree. Diplomas II and III degree can be divided between the participants. The number of participants who received the title of laureates should not exceed 30% of the total number of participants.

The participants of the contest who do not become laureates of the contest become diploma winners, they are awarded with diplomas "For creative successes in the contest" (average score: 70 - 74 points).

The participants of the contest, who did not become laureates, awardees of the contest, are awarded with letters of thanks "For participation in the contest" (average: 60 -69).

Teachers of the laureates of the contest are awarded diplomas "For the preparation of the laureate". According to the decision of the jury, the best accompanists are awarded with diplomas "For the best concertmaster's work".

Laureates and students of the competition receive the right to receive consulting assistance from teachers of the Ural musical on a gratuitous basis.

The results of the Contest are announced at the solemn closing of the Competition, approved by the Director of the POU SOU "Ural Musical College" and are to be published on the official website of the college for three days.

Financial conditions for participation in the competition.

Organizational fee is not provided.

Travel, accommodation and meals for participants, teachers and accompanying persons are covered by the sending party or the participants themselves. Issues of accommodation in hotels of the city of Yekaterinburg participants are engaged independently.
