11. Форс-мажорные обстоя­тельства

В случае возникновения традиционных форс-мажор­ных обстоятельств, а также издания Правительственных указов и декретов, носящих ограничительный или запре­тительный характер, стороны могут быть частично или пол­ностью освобождены от дан­ных обязательств. Наличие и времядействия данных форс-мажорных обстоятельств под­тверждается ТПП Российской Федерации.

Penalties and Regulation of arguments

In case if the Seller does not supply goods in time and values mentioned in the transport instruction of the Buyer, mentioned in Point no. 5 of the present contract, the Seller will pay 0.1 % penalty of

the paid unshipped goods, but not more than 10% of the value of the paid unshipped goods. Payment of penalties does not liberate Parties from the fulfillment of the contract obligations.

Arbitration

All unregulated arguments, can be passed for the consi­deration in the International Commercial Arbitration Court of Russia in Moscow (103102, Moscow, Illyinka, 6).

Force-Majeure circumstances

In case of appearance of traditional force-majeure circumstances, and also Governmental Decrees, Resolutions of limited or prohibhitive characters. Parties can be partly or completely liberatid in these circumstances from fulfillment of the contract. Persence and acting of force-majeurc conditions is to be The Chamber of Trade and Commerce (TPP) of RF.
