Abstract

In the research paper on the topic "Legal regulation of state management of industrial enterprise in the Republic of Belarus" from the standpoint of public administration and legal regulation, disclosed the importance of the issues that provide national security to strengthen the entire industrial sector in the Republic of Belarus.

Thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, five chapters, conclusion and list of references.

In the first chapter, "The concept of legal regulation of public administration" are considered the essence of the legal regulation in the public administration, the subject and method of legal regulation in the public administration, as well as the structure of the legal regulation of public administration.

In the second chapter, "Legal regulation of industrial machinery industry in Belarus" deals with the concept of industrial machinery industry and its system of government. The analysis of the main sources of PPA governing the management of industrial machinery industry.

In the third chapter, subject to availability of the problem situation in practice in the field of industrial machinery industry of our Belarusian state is considered in more detail the legal regulation of the industrial enterprises of our country. In this regard, revealed significant role of the right-regulatory and administrative efficiencies to ensure the work of industrial enterprises in good quality. Problems revealed in the course of their research management and the right-regulatory circumstances where prospects are outlined ways and solutions. This chapter analyzes the results obtained in the study of the Belarusian legislation and the profile of literature, summarizes the main conclusions.
