3. Work in threes. Consider the following situation. A big and well-established company has a vacancy for an interpreter. For the final interview there are two applicants left. The head of personnel has to take a decision whom to choose. Assume the roles below and get prepared either to interview or to be inter­viewed according to your role. Think in detail about your re­sume if you are an applicant. Having interviewed the candidates for the position of an interpreter, the head is supposed to make the decision and give reasons for his choice in class.
