I come to the office in the morning and stay there practically all day long. My secretary sorts out the letters which need immediate attention and run through the agenda of the day.

In the office I look through the mail, read cables and write business letters. During the day I meet foreign businessmen and discuss with them various issues relating to prices for different goods, terms of payment, shipment and delivery.

From 2 till 4 o’clock I receive clients. They apply to me with various questions which need immediate attention and rapid solution: production, promotion, sales and commerce, personnel, marketing. I try to solve all the questions which are in my competence successfully.
