Upgrade description

Unzip/Unrar the package Ў° Upgrade.rar Ў± and check for the files inside Ў° U9200-EM-UMTS-V100R00G411D00B315 Ў± folder.

4.1 Upgrade File Description:

Ø Intermediate Update: Folder path = /Intermediate pack/ UPDATE.APP

(This same Intermediate version is used for downgrade also, so please save it and use it for downgrade also)

Ø Jellybean EMUI Update: Folder path = /dload/ UPDATE.APP

Upgrade Procedure Description

There should be two different upgrades performed before the device gets upgraded to Jelly Bean Emotion UI version and it should be in the following sequence:

1. Intermediate version Update

2. Jelly Bean EMUI version update

For all these updates user needs to copy the corresponding Ў° UPDATE.APP Ў± which are mentioned in above section (3.1) and copy into Ў° dload Ў± folder, which should be created in Ў° SDCARD Ў±. Detailed steps are explained in the section 4.

Important Notes before Upgrade

Ø To make sure that the power of the battery is enough to run the upgrade process. Maybe you can connect the handset with the charger or the USB data cable to provide power.

Ø Arrange one SDCARD and make sure it has 1 GB free space.

Ø Upgrade operations will erase all the old user data, so if there is something very important like Messages, Call records, Applications, Calendar events etc. It is highly recommended to take back up before the upgrade using the Ў° All backup Ў± application or using Google Account synchronization. Once update is complete then these records can be restored successfully.
