Domain Requests

IRIS has the capability to manage all of your domain request needs seamlessly. Not only can you fill out a request form to purchase new domains but you can use the Domains section to view all available Vanity URLs and other Domains registered to your system.

To request the purchase of a domain you must have the “Domain Request” permission.

Select the Options menu in the lower-left and choose Domain Request.

You will be taken to the Domain Request form. Fill in the Domain Request form with the appropriate information containing your domain(s) request.

Once you have submitted or sent your request, the appropriate parties will receive the notification and begin work purchasing and pointing the domains appropriately. The request will disappear from the request queue when it has finished processing.

Once the domain(s) have been registered with IRIS, you will see them as available URLs in the Domain Names section, found by clicking the Options menu and selecting Domain Names.

From here you can view all website domains, vanity URLs, available URLs etc. by using the Domain Type navigator drop-down in the upper-left hand corner of the screen.

CHAPTER 10: DATA INTEGRITY & REPORTING

There are many reporting and statistics areas found throughout IRIS to provide you with relevant information to help make better marketing decisions.

In order to ensure the accuracy and ease of accessing this information, IRIS has a two-part Data Integrity Project aimed at helping ensure all statistical information is as accurate as possible. These statistics effect areas such as the Campaign Report, Master Reporting screens and Custom Report.
