Conclusion

To sum up, Kazakhstani market of telecommunications is growing significantly. In our opinion, it is not far behind the world market, even if comparing with the Great Britain.

Of course, we also have some problems with technical development. Nevertheless, we should strive to the best results and successful achievements.

We think that in general, Kazakhstani market is similar to Britain market for the reason that telecommunications do not depend on the area of the territory but on number of users. Therefore, we have chosen Britain company because it is like a benchmark. We want to be similar in conducting business, providing services, developing informational and technological systems, like in the UK.

After our long-period research, we can see a clear picture what problems are exist in Kazakhstan’s telecommunication with comparing Great Britain.

British telecom uses debt as a source of capital, while Kazakhtelecom does not uses debt as more frequently.

When we compare EVA of two companies we see the biggest differences. In addition, Britishtelecom shows more positive results, while Kazakhtelecom in two years 2011 and 2012 had a negative EVA, therefore, this JSC estimates a negative firm’s economic profit. So, in 2013 the situation has changes to the right way.

Thus, in 2013 we have a successful results we should to develop it in order to achieve all goals. Each year the growth rate of the Company’s development is rising, and this is true. But we’d better not rest on our laurels as we still face boundless space to be explored.
