Exercise 1. Произнесите диалоги вслед за преподавателем. Выучите их и воспроизведите в аудитории.

1.

- Is there any work today?

- Yes, there is some.

- Is it difficult?

- No, it isn’t. It is easy. Take the time-log. It is there.

2.

- What is your job?

- I am an accountant.

- Is your work interesting?

- Believe me, it isn’t boring.

- When are you at work?

- I am in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

- Is your salary high?

- Don’t ask me about it!

- OK.

3.

- There isn’t any work today. I am at home.

- Where is the director?

- He is at the fair in London.

- Phone him on Thursday. Tell him about the meeting.

- When is the meeting?

- It is on Friday. Don’t forget about it.

Exercise 2. Make up your own conversations according to the model given in Ex. 1. Reproduce them in class.
