The influence of intake structure of the Kol’skaya Nuclear Power Station on the fish community of Lake Imandra was investigated in one year. The composition of fish stocks, the distribution of fry and adult fish in the feeding canal, and their distribution in an adjacent water area were studied, and the loss of fish at the fish protection screens of the pumping station was assessed. It was found that the density of fish concentration in this region was not high due to the deterioration of ecological conditions, and the fish reserves of Lake Imandra, on the whole, were not significantly affected by the intake structure of the Kol’skaya Nuclear Power Station.
