Trilingual education: theoretical, practical, methodical concept from student’s point of VIew

Relevance. The aim of managing the educational procedures in trilingualism terms formulated as enlightening executive effectiveness, which in turn indications to more effective information learning and skills development and allows to intensify the tuition process in foreign language to achieve in a relatively small number of hours of great results both in the language and in the subject. In terms of co-management and selfmanagement of the learning process [1,2]. The main principles of the management of the educational process in the context of trilingualism are the following: democratization and humanization of education; system and integrity in management; a rational combination of centralization and decentralization; the relationship between one-man management and collegiality; scientific validity of management; objectivity, completeness and regularity of information provision. The process of tutoring a foreign language was based on the following fundamental principles: the creative nature of learning; activity character of training; development of student autonomy in educational activities; the communicative nature of learning; teaching the culture of native speakers; reliance on verbal, educational and cultural experience. The content of the educational process in terms of trilingualism is, first of all, describing the competencies that the learner needs to master and achieve, as well as specific linguistic material to be educated at certain times, such as the state educational standard, the curriculum, the standard curriculum, methodical complex and educational work program of this discipline.

Aim. Studies of trilingual education: theoretical, practical, methodical concept from student’s point of view.

Methods. At the present time, groups are being formed with English instruction in medical higher educational institutions. An experimental group is a group of students who are granted on a competitive basis to tailor education at the freshman year, with good knowledge of English, intellectual potential and the desire to work. The main tasks of the Group’s organization are: preparation of modern, highly skilled and competitive medical personnel, who possess innovative technologies, with the knowledge in English; obtaining a high degree of knowledge quality, skills, competences in the chosen specialty to ensure professionalism of future doctors; integration of the domestic system of education in medicine into the international system [3,4]; Groups are formed from the number of entrants enrolled for tuition in the specialty “General Medicine”. The Commission decision approves liable students at the beginning of the academic year. Training is conducted with the involvement of highly qualified specialists who speaks English fluently. The plan of training students in the Groups provides for: tutoring the chosen specialty subjects in English; active involvement in international training programs; expansion of the language training of interns through a system of additional courses of foreign languages; active participation in scientific and practical conferences, seminars with the invitation of scientists and lecturers; studying abroad in leading international universities and clinics; participation in the following Student Exchange programs. Within the main responsibilities for students in the Group are: strictly observe the Charter and Educational Standards, with internal regulations; comply with the academic discipline; observe and execute the orders; comply with the basic educational rules. Amendments and additions to this Regulation are made in accordance with the established procedures [5].

Research & Discussion. A questionnaire was sent to all English based education groups at West Kazakhstan State Medical University. These included all students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd course. The Principal of each surveyed school was invited to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed to find out how the “biliterate” and “trilingual” language policy was implemented in Medical educational society. Various types of questions were included in the questionnaire, for instance, contingency questions, matrix questions, closed ended questions such as yes/no questions and multiple choice questions, and open ended questions. An example of a matrix question is that five aspects of students’ proficiency level in English, Russian, Kazakh compared across basic levels. That was analyzed in accordance with English incursion threw the nation as shown on Figure 1. Kazakhstan ranked 54th out of 63 countries, in English speaking proficiency, divided by age groups. As we can see, there is straight pace of modern commuting in English In our society, a trilingual policy is pursued, aimed at mastering English, Russian and Kazakh languages. Language targeted as a key cultural phenomenon, probably the key mechanism of nationwide unity, an instrument for the development of a state as a social construction and the preservation of linguistic diversity in Kazakhstan. In order to implement this policy, trilingualism is being acquaint with the Higher Educational Institutions. In many Universities, as well as in medical schools, students with excellent knowledge of English are taught. In order to develop international cooperation with fostering tuition the experimental groups are created in which students are taught in English. Keywords: Trilingualism, experimental education techniques, medical education, economy of English speaking environment that affected mostly youngsters [6,7].

Thus when we utilized English written proficiency data in comparison with developed and developing countries.

As we can see tutoring in English accumulates most talented and tailored students. Being involved with Experimental Groups Learning in English, we conducted a social study, interviewing students by students. We adjusted and utilized peer to peer poll to make it in comfortable environment, guaranteeing anonymity and ensuring proven results.

Conclusion. Pursued trilingual policy in Kazakhstan is astonishing idea with some implementation issues based on student’s point of view. Analyzed effectiveness of educational concept needs to be improved. The key mechanism of efficient education is student orientated learning. Therefore the Students’ VOICE should be listened, analyzed and implemented in further development of experimental groups.
