Methodical recommendations to implementation and registration of independent work of students

Within the framework СРС students must visit a library, work with literature on this discipline.

Balances of the independent work of students above a course are given in writing and also can be discussed on employments (laboratory and colloquiums). Part of questions envisages preparation the student of verbal answer, allowing to show both the level of knowledge of morphology of the studied structures and degree of understanding of essence of цитофизиологических processes. Part of questions requires drafting of writing answer, drafting of charts and sketching of pictures, filling of tables.

Training tasks envisage verification of ability of student to define on photomicrographs and charts, pictures of морфофункциональные feature of cellular components. For this purpose it is needed to prepare a writing answer for the questions of training task.

Theme. Introduction. Object, tasks, methods of cytology. Short essay of history of cytology. Cellular theory.

Task 1. Study on basic and additional educational literature the basic stages of development of studies about a cage, pay attention to scientific pre-conditions of forming of cellular theory in researches of Р.Гука, А.Левенгука, М.Мальпиги, Я.Пуркинье, Ф.Фонтана, Р.Брауна, Т.Шванна, М.Шлейдена, and on her development in researches of К.Вольфа, К.Бэра, Р.Вирхова. Expound essence of cellular theory and estimate her role for development of natural science.

A task can be designed as a compendium, table, chart.

Literature: 1-6 (basic); 12, 13 (additional)

Theme. Methods of research of cages and fabrics.

Task 1. To study theoretical material: optical and mechanical knots; types of lenses and eyepieces, use of handles of the rough and exact focusing, total increase on the formula of V=Vоб. х Vок.; discriminability of microscope. To sketch in a notebook the device of biological microscope with pointing of basic parts.

Task 2. Fill a table 1, marking the basic types of microscopy, their variety, briefly set forth the aims of the use of every variety.

Task 3. Describe the basic achievements of cytology in the era of light and electronic microscopy. Achievements of cytology are in development of biotechnological and ecological researches.
