THINGS TO SEE IN LONDON
London is the capital of Great Britain. It lies in the South East of England on both banks of the river Thames. London is one of the largest cities in the world and the largest port and industrial town in England. London is more than twenty centuries old.
There are many places of interest in London. One of them is Trafalgar Square with the Nelson's monument 18S feet high Buckingham Palace in the royal residence. Westminster Abbey in one of the most beautiful building in London. It contains the memorials of many famous citizens of Britain.
The Tower o f London is the most important and best preserved medieval fortress in Britain. Home to the Ravens and the Crown Jewels, the scene of many dark and bloody deeds during more than 900 years of royal history.
St. Paul’s Cathedral is the masterpiece of Sir Christopher Wren, the present St Paul’s was completed in 1710. As well as Wren himself, many other famous people are buried here including Wellington and Nelson. Here, in 1981, the Prince and Princes of Wales were married.
London is the centre of the country's cultural life. There are many picture galleries and museums there. The National Gallery houses a priceless collection of paintings. The famous British Museum is one of the best museums in the world.
Mayfair is the most fashionable area in London. Eastern Mayfair has long been famous for its smart shops. Mayfair is the playground of the titled and glamorous. It is a place where Old Masters and Rolls Royces, fur and champagne are the norm.
Public Transport. The London Underground, or “tube” as it is often known, was the world’s first urban underground railway. It began operating in 1863.
The famous red double-decker buses (double-deckers) are one of the most distinctive sights in London. No visit to London would be complete without a trip on one.
Thames River Cruise. A visit to London is incomplete without a cruise along the Thames, either a: an introduction to the many sights and scenes to be enjoyed during your stay or as a treasured memory of your visit. All year round, our boat service leaves regularly passing historic and modern places of interest.

How do I become a sports trainer?
Sports trainers help athletes prevent injuries before they happen and treat injuries after they happen, requiring some level of medical training. This means you typically will need a college degree if you want to become a sports trainer. A four-year degree is often the minimum required, but earning a graduate degree may better help you meet your career goals. You also may need to seek certification to land a specific job, or you may choose to earn certification voluntarily.
A college degree is often a starting point for a person who wants to become a sports trainer. You may find that many employers will expect you to have at least this level of education before they will hire you. To prepare, you may seek a degree in athletic training or another physical training program that includes a significant number of science and health courses. Your preparation also should include study of how to prevent and treat illnesses and injuries that may develop, including the proper methods of providing first aid to athletes who need it.
Along with education and certification, skills you will need to become a sports trainer and succeed include communication skills and the ability to get along well with others and help them stay motivated. Likewise, you will typically need good time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. For example, you may face stress as a result of some of your dealings with athletes or their loved ones. You may even deal with the stress of conflicts that develop with other sports trainers but have to perform your duties despite such trouble.
